GEISHAVERSE

Geishaverse is a project with which I transform the traditional Japanese figure of the geisha into a modern beauty contextualised in a metaverse of neon and colour that radiates energy and excess with visual delicacy. Through a subtle sensuality hidden in the details, a powerful woman of iconic presence is drawn.

Part of my inspiration comes from the Cyberpunk and contemporary Pop-Art, however, the style I have developed goes beyond the frontiers of past artistic trends, and can not be fully labeled with any of them.

With these portraits I aim to express a personal vision of beauty and make a disruptive aesthetic proposal. The context in which I frame the figure of the geisha enhances the construction of a dreamlike parallel reality that I try to imbue in the composition as a whole.

The signs of identity of traditional and contemporary Japanese culture overlap in each composition through small iconic details that establish a dialogue with the most disruptive and futuristic elements, creating a temporal journey that transcends trends.

Multiverse

The multiple universes collapse before the timeless beauty of a gaze that navigates through space-time. In the multidimensional mirror of her pupils is reflected the light of a million neon pixels, frozen for eternity in the event horizon of a string that vibrates in unison with the flickering of her eyes.

Hyper Renaissance

Life has no beginning and no end. Consciousness is continually reborn as it moves in an infinite journey through a circle. Past, present and future are colours that blend on the canvas of life, drawing and erasing again and again eternal variations of the same drawing. The circle never stops turning, the turns never stop emanating life. A hyper-renaissance with as many possible paths as there are stars shining in the universes that make up this world.
